10/10 We got the tacos (chicken/brisket) and they were delicious and filling. The coleslaw was also really good. We’ll be back.

Let me tell you how I really feel.. I’ve been traveling moved from Texas to California and I vacation at Utah. I’ve been trying to find GOOD BBQ for awhile … boyyy I tell you this is some good sweet meat. Wonderful people fall off the bone ribs tasty good fatty brisket 🤤🤤 I’m in HEAVEN GOOD MAC AND CHEESE Cole slaw mm! Come here for good food and hospitality they really are so amazing. And ofc my dog gets the delicious scraps

We had high voltage food at an event I went to recently. I had some of the best chicken and brisket that I’ve ever eaten. I’m definitely going to be going in and getting more!

If you’re anywhere near Parowan, do yourself a favor and go to High Voltage BBQ — this place is seriously next-level good. Stopping in during our weekend trip ended up being the best decision we made, no exaggeration.

The ribs were unreal—literally fall-off-the-bone tender the second you pick them up. The brisket? Melt-in-your-mouth soft with that perfect smoky depth. The tri-tip was sliced thin and packed with flavor, and the sausage had that satisfying snap with every bite while still being juicy and well-seasoned.

What really surprised me were the details. The pickled onions and jalapeños were perfectly balanced—not overly acidic, and the jalapeños kept their flavor without that harsh, overpowering heat. And the smoked mac and cheese? Rich, creamy, and just the right amount of smoky—easily one of the best sides we’ve had.

The house BBQ sauce tied everything together beautifully. It enhanced the meats without overpowering the natural seasoning, which says a lot about how well everything is prepared.

On top of the food, the owners and staff made the experience even better. They were welcoming, positive, and genuinely interacted with everyone, which gave the whole place such a great vibe.

Hands down the best BBQ spots we’ve been to—this is a must-stop if you’re in the area

Really fantastic spot. Highly recommended if you’re in the area. We had brisket and mac & cheese and the Elote corn all of which were really awesome plus cold beer on tap and really excellent service!

The chicken tacos are the best yet and we have sampled plenty. They were massive and so filling, like out of this world wonderful ❣️❣️❣️

Their tatchos were absolutely amazing! Will definitely be coming back. The people were extremely friendly as well. I highly recommend going there and trying it of you haven’t yet.
