High Voltage BBQ in Parowan, Utah, is where award-winning barbecue meets Southern Utah charm. Founded by a KCBS competition pitmaster. We bring championship flavors to every plate.

Amazing food and the staff were awesome! We had the Tri tip and chicken with tater tots. The sauce selection was stellar.

I have no regerts after trying High Voltage BBQ. I was highly dubious about a 5 star rated bbq in a small town but I am a true believer now. This is the best brisket I have ever had. House sauce was d-lic-ious boy. Non-traditional coleslaw was super fresh and had some kinda kick. Will be stopping by every Friday/Saturday that I am in the area. Also, met one of the owners and you can feel their passionate about what they do, which is make dang good Q!

Truly amazing experience!
Wonderful service, they would help us out from the very beginning, when we didn‘t even know what to order.
We were also offered to check out the massive smokers in the back, which was simply great!
Now to the food: Never have we had such a tender and delicious brisket!!!
12/10 – we would always come back!

Posto molto carino e caratteristico. Sono stati super carini, disponibili e entusiasti nell’accoglierci, di certo non si aspettavano che due italiani andassero da loro a pranzo. Quando non conoscevamo dei piatti ce li hanno fatti assaggiare prima di ordinare 😍 BBQ davvero buono, consigliamo il brisket che era spaziale!
